38" TSL Radials mounted on 16.5" Welds *updated pics*

I have a set of 38x15.50x16.5" TSL Radials with 2500 miles on them, basically brand new. They are mounted and balanced on 16.5x9.75 Weld Scorpio wheels. Asking $1800
