I have a 91 k10 blazer and it has 36'' tiires now but im fixing to purchase new ones and i was wanting to know if i can clear 38''s .... it has a 4'' lift and me and my buddy did a full cut on the front fenders ... any suggestions ...

It all depend of how much you cut the fenders and the backspacing of the rims. A friend of mine used 39,5 inch boggers on 4 inches of lift.

Back spacing makes a lot of difference as well as how much travel you need/want in your suspension. This is one of those situations where I would say get an offset zero-rate from ORD to push the front axle forward 1.5 inches. It will really help keep your tires out of the firewall
