38 TSL's & steel rims

(4) 38 X 12.50 X 16.5 TSL's with 1 year old black steel 8 on 6.5" wagon wheels.
Wheels have not been driven on at all on or off road.
One tire has cracking in side wall but no leaks.
Balanced by Four Wheel Parts.
Approx 1/4 to 1/2" tread depth.

$600 for all, will not seperate
