38X13X16 TSL bias and 8 lug rims

Very little wear, 95-99% tread left. They are on 16X8 wagon wheels which need painted. They were siped for better wet traction (not by me) No patches or plugs that I know of, I just got the truck a month ago and I am going to 42's. Need these GONE! $600 in Des Moines IA. Shipping is a possibility but would kill the deal.

I might be able to get a deal on shipping. I know a guy whose inlaws run a junkyard and get freight shipping at like 60% off....I will find out more next week,
