Are these tires officially on the market now? If they are who sells them now? I have looked at a lot of sites on the internet and no one has any info for the DOT 39.

Be more specific. The only 39" Krawlers I know of are made by BFG.

They haven't released any 39" DOT krawlers yet. Teams that are selling new comp only ones are losing their sponsorship over it. That is how serious BFG is about them.
