yes.. my 86 had a 4.3 stock and has a WILD 350 now.. ok not wild but it sure leaks oil like a siv

Same motor with two more cylinders. I don't see why not. Same motor mounts, same bellhousing pattern.

hes talking as far as where the motormounts are located in the frame.. im pretty sure they're the same in c/k series trucks in 86, as is the truck in question..
