3/4 ton status
I'm going to be needing some newer exhaust manifolds for my parents truck real soon, it's a '94 Silverado with the 4.3 V-6.
They do not have any emissions air tubes, but do have the O2 sensor I believe.
I'll be needing them for replacement when I head back that way next summer.
I'm posting up now in an attempt to secure something and have them shipped to their address waiting for me when I get there.
I'm replacing due to broken flange studs and a higher than pleasing exhaust sound due to them leaking , I know I could drill and re-tap, but if they're off, I'm just going to go a bit easier and just replace them with good ones. Has to be done when I'm there in a days time with as little hassle as possible. We're going back there to help them load up and move them out here with us for retirement .
