4 38.5x 14.5x 15 tsl/sx\'s 65%+ with 6 lug 15x10 steel wheels

i have 4 of these, two are about 65% the other two are 75% they are mounted of some steel 15x10 chevy 6 lug wheels, they also have equal in the tires to balance them out, this works on the highway but not much good in town, anyway i am asking 600 for the set, i live in wyoming but do make frequent trips to denver
