4 38"TSL's 90-95% Tread on steel wheels

I have a set of 4 38x12.5x16.5 TSL's about 90-95% tred On black steel wheels 16.5"x9.75", 4.5'' backspace 8 lug Chevy pattern look at the picts there is a little offroad use on these tires but as you can see they are in excelent condition, a little rust on one or two of the wheels no plugs or patches. Located in Lompoc CA will not ship $675 OBO
