4.56 gears and carrier 14BFF

Looking for Thick cut 4.56's or standard cut gears and a 4.56 carrier. Either way will work for me.

Does anybody know if a Detroit will interchange between the two carriers?

The detroit is going to be the same for either carrier since it does not replace the carrier.
