Ok here is the situation. Right now i run 39.5 iroks, 10 bolt open front, 14 bolt spooled rear both with 4.88's. I have a front 60 in the garage with 4.10's as well as a set of 4.10's for the 14ff, and noooooo money to regear the 60 anytime soon. So the question is, would you just ron the current set-up or would you go ahead and swap in the 60 and regear the 14ff to match for now. 14ff pinion is still in a pinion support so regearing the 14ff would probobly take all of maybe an hour or so. No big deal. Give me your input on what you would do???

i would do everything i wanted to the the 60 while its out and then put it in

just run what u have the 60 isn't gonna give u any advantage as is
if you break the 10b then you have the 60

what he said, save up for 4.88's for the 60 and hope you don't break the 10 bolt in the mean time :D

Save the 10 bolt with the same gears, and just sell the Dana 60. I will pay for shipping to California. Thanks in advance

Is the 60 done? I mean, does it need anything to be ran under your truck? Like brakes, bearings, etc.
