I tore down this 14 bolt and found that the inner shoulder (sorry dont know the technical term) has a "lip" on it. The other side is scored. Is this a problem? If not do I just grind it flush? Whats the fix? Thanks!!

looks like a speedy sleeve to me. in the top 2 pics. it's a quick fix for what is wrong in the bottom pic.

Never heard of that before, I googled it and got an edumacation lol. Thanks. Seems the majority agrees that they always leak after installation.
