Big Dick's Suspension. From everything I'm hearing, the springs are really good with a soft spring rate.

That should be the the thing you look for when deciding on a set of springs is the spring rate. There are a lot of factors that affect the spring rate, but a good general rule of thumb at looking for a set of springs is the thickness of the springs. A thicker leave setup will yield a higher spring rate resulting in a stiffer ride; whereas a set of leaves that are many, yet real thin, plus has a taper at the end will have a soft spring rate resulting in a better ride.

I can't speak for the others, but I would stay away from Rough Country. I have it and like it. But, a Rough Country 4" lift will actually come in closer to 5". If you are only going to run 33's, I think you will feel odd. While it is the most complete kit you can get for the money, I think it would be a bit much for your application.
