4 inch lift questions

I know blocks are a NO NO so eventuly i will be replacing all 4 springs but as far as the steering arm and pitman arm goes do you have to change bouth of them just one.of them?

I also wanted to know witch i think i allready do witch springs give the better on road ride the 52 inch rear springs or the 56?

I think im gona go with tough country all around to make it simple. Just wanted to know so i can start colecting the parts for the job.

Either one will work on it's own. Need to combine them when the lift gets taller.
