Took about 9 hours to do with a few buddies, across two days, with dinner and multiple games of pool inbetween wrenching time. Yes, its Rough Country.. :hack: Im not trying to flex it too much, as the most it will see is mud, and trails. It cost $381 to my door, with 4 shocks, dropped pitman arm, front leaves and blocks, new u-bolts, nuts, and bushings. It was a 'bday' gift, so I cant complain.

How come in the 1st pic the front looks a little low,but in the 2nd pic the front looks a lot high?Is it just the pics?

I was wondering the same thing. After the lift it looks like it might have a bit of saggy butt syndrome.

i am pretty sure the first pic is the " before " picture and the rest are after the lift.

good start, you can't complain about a gift.....zero rates:wink1:

i like the bling off of the beauty rings, looks cool:bow:

Man, Did you really get 39's to fit with only a 4" lift?

Those action pics are just AWESOME! Who's the girl in the background?

me too

I put 4 inches on mine as well. The rear sags because the front springs are new, and the rear springs are reused with the blocks and they have wear which cuases them to sag. Mine is so severe that I had horrible driveline problems, so I had to remill the blocks. When I'd hit the brakes it would sound like it was about to fall apart, literally. All driveline.

console

I just now got it back on the road again. After the window shattering, one of the new ball joints I put in was defective, so I had to tear that all down. There was a popping in the front end and I've been working to fix that. It turned out that it was coming from the Ubolts, so I had to tighten them down with a breaker bar and a led pipe extension for leverage. I think they're tightened to about 35 foot tons.
I haven't gotten around to my console yet. I still have a 57 chevy in the body shop that's supposed to be out soon. When it's done I've got to get the engine back in it then I'll be able to move back to my Blazer stereo project. When it's done, I'll definitely have all kinds of pics though.

Well that explains why it looked like saggy butt syndrome. That is the reason I am going full spring when I do the 4" on mine. The PO "added" some wedges that he pounded in between some of the leaves to get rid of the syndrome. My plan is full spring plus zero rates.
