Ok, seeking the experience of those who have done this before. Been playing with 4 link calculator and came up with these numbers. What do you all think? Yes? No? If not, why?

K5. 14bff rear end. Sitting on 40's. Right now its got 64" leaf's, axle is pushed towards the rear around 6in from stock. Screenshot_20190124-165256_Hancom Office Editor.jpg

An important piece of info, what do you use it for?

Isn’t that the calculator that @Greg72 helped create?

Update. Had to shorten frame X number by 3 inches from 40/46 to 37/43 in order to have enough room to slide tcase back for removal in the future. Ran numbers again and it only raised the antisquat 4%.

Now for reality. Seems to articulate well, no binding. Axle does move sideways some when articulating . Is this typical?

The "pendulum" effect there is common on 4 links, some do it more than others. It's one part of the calculations you don't hear many people talk about.

The question is whether you like it or not. For some, it helps tire clearance. The only downfall I've seen is in the very hardest rock crawling, you line your tires up on the line you want and when then the suspension articulates, the line of the tire changes. It's something you can learn to drive around too, generally not a big deal. Probably why you don't hear much talk about it.

Good to know. I didn't see where it would cause any harm. What is the solution to get rid of it if i wanted to?
