I saw these for sale on the side of the road.
They measure around 41" tall
They appear to have never been mounted, still have the little tits on the tread.
$400 located in Inman, SC

me too, and i might be getting some H1's soon anywho. wish military tires would have been for a 16.5" rims instead of 16 or 20:doah: could always get MT classic II's in 20's but then beadlocking them is mega bucks. or get the stock 20" military rims recentered, again $$. you just cant win, guess thats why these tires dont cost very much

Theres no need for beadlocks with these, the sidewalls are too stiff to pop off...

Doesn't sound 'too' out of line really.

When I ordered my 39.5's with wheels, the shipping weight on those was 509lbs on a one pallet package.
So less the steel wheels, about the same but for their size, those XL's are still pretty heavy. (in a good/beefy way of course)

I like the looks of them, it'll be interesting to hear how they work out for you, both wheeling and on surface streets.

That's a very interesting point you bring up :bow: !!

1) Each tire can handle 4700lbs.
2) My rig weighs approx. 5000lbs give or take.
3) Those sidewalls are damn thick :D !

It's the side load that's going to knock the bead off, has nothing to do with how much the tire can hold.

It will definitely be more resilient than a 'flexy' walled tire but when/if you go up against a rock (and you will) the potential to push it off the bead is still there and nothing short of an actual bead lock will change that.

Of course you CAN knock a bead off without beadlocks, inners AND outers of course. But the tire construction does have an effect on when and why without them.

Runflat tires work because of the stiff sidewall.

Absolutely, never said anything different than that.

Just expressing basically what you said...they CAN be knocked off.

Yes for certain, the sidewall will make a big difference but it won't stop it from happening.
