Is there anyway to get them without having a cage? I think they are awsome and would love to have the, but i cant afford to get a cage and all if thas what it takes to get them to work. And if you can have them with out a cage what kinda and how would you mount them?

Thanks
Clint

You WILL have to have somekind of cross support behind the seats in order to hook the shoulder harness part on. If you hook them somewhere else it is improper.

I did four points in my '74 when I was topless and doorless.

I used the Y-style shoulders, and flipped them over the factory low-backs... and bolted them right to the forward bolts on the rear seats, which happen to nicely lineup with the center of the front seats, if that makes sense.

The sides I bolted in where the factory retractors went. I went without the anti-sub strap (the fifth point).

You newfangled guys with the flip-down seats would have more work to do; I lucked out /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif

Pix on request.
