Made an order on 9/16/13 and where they were quick to cash my payment, I still have yet to receive anything from them. I checked my order status and one part still remains unprocessed while the other part has been processed.

How long have you waited to get your parts? Monday the 7th will be 3 weeks.

Central 4wd took 2-weeks to get my Tundra Lift kit to me.
So, who knows what a place with a bad rep takes?

4WPW is famous for being crap. Not always, but often. Google them, or even just search here. Also search for "Transamerica Auto Parts."

They are kings of the "If it's in stock, we have it" idea, and as long as that's the case, you're prolly okay. Otherwise, who knows. I'd be on the horn to them, and if that doesn't go well, your card issuer.

I'm very aware of them from the past and present. I already sent them an email early this week and they never replied according to their quote of a 48 hour waiting time for a response.

Same issue with PSC. 11 days to ship an instock item. Then 6 more shipping days, not counting the weekend. Emails and phone messages were never returned.
