4 wire oxygen sensor question

Quick question, is this correct ( 90 TBI )

Black wire....O2 signal
grey wire.......ground
white wire......12v source
white wire ......ground

How do you know which white wire is what or does it matter? I would assume that those are for the heater which wouldn't matter.
