40 inch swampers on Hummer rims

i think its more fair this way for all parties intrested

40 inch swampers mounted to modified hummer rims. $1000 Firm, need the $ for hospitol bills

the good:
the 40's have 50% tread and ride nicer on streets than my 37 SSR's did, the hummer rims are fully runctional at any pressure

the bad:
2 hummer rims are new replacements for ones that leaked and are good as new, one hummer rim is missing 4 of the 8 studs that hold the outer 1/2 of the shell on, but with 4 it still works flawlessly. you can get the studs from usa6x6 or a military place, i'm not too sure where else.

Anway, are you willing to seperate? I might be interested in the rims but not he 40"s.

i might seperate, but i have a feeling shipping on the rims would be near 150 or so and that would kill the deal.
i'd sell the rims for 500 and tires for 500 if i dont get any offers in the next few days.

Yeah, I figured you'd seperate if you could find a buyer for both parts. Well, I can take a road trip to run down sometime or if 90blzr has another trip any time soon /forums/images/graemlins/waytogo.gif

But yeah, I may be able to come up with some funds for the rims so keep me informed.

what was modified? I havent kept up lately, and is you runnin a DRW d60, or is that what was modified?

no dually d60, its a normal one, the rims are modified to 4 1/2 inches back spacing instead of the stock which i think was 7 inches

*edit* in taking pictures i remembered that the plate centers in the 2 new rims are a different pattern from the original 2, both have circle patterns cut out, but 2 of the rims have larger circles cut out. I'm sorry i didnt mention this earlier, i honestly forgot since there similar and i hardly look at my rims, here are some more pics, you can see the rim differences

daniel, and hand welded i believe, i am un mounting them this weekend, taking better pictures of the rims alone because the tires are sold, i'll just start a new thread when i do
