Why is the rear axle pushed forward??

I think that's a Gen1 thing, they're like that. I know they're less than the 73-91 WB of 106.5, like 102" or something.

its mostly jsut optical. The front part of fender is straight up and the rear slopes back. If I look dead center from the fender well the center of hub may be like 1/2" forward is all.

I hope you have good luck with the sidewalls :). Ask Matt (az-k5) how his are doing, I forgot to ask him last time we wheeled. He's been running them for awhile now.
