I've got a fresh rebuilt th400 for sale. Its got maybe 150 miles on it. I rebuilt the trans, drove it home and around town for a few days and the motor let go, so I scrapped the project. The trans was rebuilt by a reputable local transmission shop at a cost of $1045. I had red line clutches installed and it also has a TCI reverse manual valve body. It has a 32 spline output. The 208 is out of a military truck and has under 60,000 miles. You're welcome to the crossmember, slip yoke and rear driveshaft if you want it. The shaft is from a K5 with 5" of lift. The trans does have a cracked out bolt hole on the bellhousing. Trans shop didnt see it as a problem. They put a washer on it and gave it a warranty. The converter will need to be replaced. My buddy dropped the trans off at my house and left it in front of my shop with the converter out of it. It rained that night. I'll include it and you can use it as a core. Its just a standard converter, I think it was around $60 with the rebuild. I will separate, but I'd like to try to sell it complete first. I dont need it taking up space anymore. The price is $850 obo.
