I am need of a adapter to go from a 400 trans to a 208 t-case. There is a long one and a short one. I need a long one. I looked at it in my buddies truck and there is about a 2" thick block on the long one and I can tell if it is something added to a short one or if it is a whole new adapter. Anyways I need my adapter about 2" longer so if someone has something or know where I can find PLEASE post up.

yeah sort of,I responded over on pirate. He is trying to put a 208 on the back of a 400 that originally had a 205 behind it.The out-put is too long for the 208.He is looking for a thick(er) adapter for a 400/208 and there is no such animal.Only two adapter's for 400/208,short and tall, not thick and thin. The output's are different lenth's whether it's a short or long input 205.
