2)backhoe and little crane 360.00 a day(1-2 days leveling ground)
3)200 amp service dont know yet, elec co op in my area
from here on out......... steel or wood?
house 2500sq ft garage 1600sq ft on 1.67 acres

We're currently planning building a 40x80 garage half cement 2garage doors and a big end door for tractors. all together the materials came to just over 20,000$ so you should be able to do a 40x40 as long as you don't go all out on it. it will be close though so don't be surprised if it breaks your budget slightly.
