Those motors make HUGE power when built correctly! Its the biggest stroker chevy small block out there! I knew a guy who had one of those that pumped out 900 naturally asperated horses!

Car craft did an article on the 427 small block about a year ago. I think its too much money. If I was to spend that much money on a motor it would go into the firebird not the k5 or burb.

It's not a real engine for those who think it is, it is a 1/4 SCALE engine that makes 3.5 hp for close to 5 grand.

soon to have a blazer/jimmy

Didnt look at the article :) I thought it was a real motor because like I said car craft did an article on a real 427 SB chevy. Anyways like I said before I still would spend it on the bird, the full size bird that is.

No it's not. I've seen 434 CID small blocks built.

You can also have a 450 inch small block. My friend who does asphalt drag racing has one. It made 650-700 horses without trying too hard.

The new dart blocks and GM sportsman block can easily go this high in cid.
