I have a brand new in the box with wrapper, Comp Cams Extrme Energy 268 hydro cam. It's been awhile since I got it and looked at it, can't remember all the specs on it. You can use stock springs and lifters. I had one in a truck I had years ago, ran awesome, had a really nice lopey idle, didn't affect brakes at all. I paid $100-something for it 2-3 years ago I think. I will ship this to you for the same cam, but for a small block. The cam isn't here, tried to sell it at a local show, and never took it out of my buddy's truck, so he is "storing" it for me, but can get the numbers off it if you want.
