454 tbi won't start Please help!

While the tranny was being changed I decided to replace the leaking rear main, change the valve guide seals(was smoking), new plugs, wires, cap, rotor and coil. It's all back together but won't start. Have spark, and fuel(nice mist out of each injector). Ignition module is only a month old. Ignition are all Mallory Street Fire components and E3 plugs. It cranks fine but won't fire, doesn't even sound like it's trying to fire. It's been sitting for two weeks with no battery, maybe computer problem? I've quadruple checked the plug wiring on distributor. I'm lost. Any suggestions?

I've done some searching and think I may have adjusted the valves too tightly. I'll re-adjust them in the morn and see what happens.
