454 Y-pipe work on a 350?

Does anyone here know if a TBI 454 has the same exhaust exit locations as a small block TBI 350?

My exhaust is a bit of an abortion, and I'd like to install a 3" 454 y-pipe I've got kicking around with a set of manifold replacement headers I can get cheap...

No, it won't fit. You might be able to cut/hack/weld it to fit, but in stock form it won't work.
