Stephen,
I'm not sure if this is possible but I'd like to double two 205 T-cases in my K5. I've got a '78 465 tranny with a 205 attatched and have another 205 for the same year 465 in my garage. Is there a doubler out there to make this combo work or am I just dreaming? I have access to a '79 203 t-case from a th350 tranny and a th350 tranny with a 203 behind it but I really like my 465 and would like to keep it. I also need to make this work as cheaply as possible. Your wisdom is appreciated /forums/images/graemlins/ears.gif

It's possible to splice 2 205's together but it's not something that's very popular due to problems dealing with the extra front output and the overall length. I don't think you could fit it in a K5.
Commercial adapters don't exist so it's all custom work. Hate to say this but a Doubler works way better. Shorter overall length, no front output shaft, commercially available adapters, etc.

any way to adapt the 203 I have from the th350 to the 465 and then one of my 205's to the 203? if you understood that /forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif

I might know where there is a 203 behind a 465, not 100% but I will check into it. I know where I Can get one for the newer 465s like I have with the 32 spline output shaft.

There's lots of info on mating the 465 and 203 in the Doubler section of our site, that's the first place to look, then do a search on here, you'll find even more. Sounds like Sled dog might be able to help you out some too.
