Been so long since I've had my tcase off, I dont remember, does the 465 suppose to leak oil out the back into the adapter? I pulled my 208 today and when I removed the driving line it was pouring out gear oil, then when I unbolted it from the adapter the same thing. I'm guessing 3 gallons of oil ended up in my 5 gallon drain bucket.

Is all this oil from the a bad input seal on the 208? Also can 90w cause damage to a 208? Back in the snowy months I attempted to track down a real bad thumping like vibration from my 4wd. In the process I replaced all my ujoints and checked my spline and 10bolts pinion and found nothing. This only leaves me to think its the 208.

With it out of the truck and putting it in to 4wd I couldn't feel and slop on that front out put.
