Well my life it getting turned upside down in a good way. I am getting married and decided I am unhappy with the direction my life is going to I am going back to school. This means I need to sell my house and do a little house cleaning. I just bought a complete 465/203 and could keep it or sell it. I was just wondering what they typically sell for. I just don't want it to get stolen from my farm when I live an hour away. Someone walked off with a 14ff the other day.

That adapter is worth money alone for stick guys wanting to run a 203/205 doubler.

I couldnt give you an exact price but I think I remember reading that the adapter alone is worth in the $200-$300 range. Someone will correct me if Im wrong.

A course spline sm465 thats not rebuilt and holds no guarantees is worth $100-$250.

203 isnt really worth much more than scrap value.

don't you need the input shaft out of the 203 too? I don't need exact I just need ball park. I was trying to trade it for a 32 spline 205 but no luck so far.

As long as the input is in good shape, it will be rare and worth some money. Otherwise the input isn't more rare then the adapter, they had to have the same production numbers, the adapter wasn't used on anything else but 10 spline 203's..

$200-300 for the adapter sounds fair to me.

The input gear is more rare but not necessarily as desirable, they are usually worn out and even if it's not, it's still 10 spline. We typically charge $150-250 for those depending on condition but for most, it makes more sense to spend a little more and end up with a 32 spline connection.

i sold my setup because Id much rather have a 32 spline setup.

Yes, the same number of each were produced, but the input splines get hammered out. The adapters don't see as much abuse. Meaning there are more adapters still around than good inputs.
