Just got a 75 and during drive around block noticed 2nd and 3rd gear was making a nasty noise, L and 1st seemed fine. I don't think it's clutch, tcase, ujoints or anything else. Pretty positive it's the tranny. Anyone have/heard a similar problem? I have not looked in the pto covers yet. I read this on drivetrain.com about the 465 "The only gears that are removeable from the countershaft are 3rd and 4th. " /forums/images/graemlins/thinking.gif
