if no one else chimes in, i gotta go back to the junk yard saturday, they had a really nice one in truck i got some seat belts out of, It stuck out beacuse it was nicer than the rest of the interior

I don't have the retaining ring for it, but I'd guess you can get them from LMC?
The shifter boot on the right is for 2wd and will only work on a 4wd if the engine is moved forward to 2wd position. The boot on the left is for a 4wd w/465 type 4 speed.

Actually when I look at your picture, it seems the stick comes out too far back for the right most pic. That one is designed to go up against the front of the tranny cover. The one on the left is the same as the transfer case boot.
If you don't care whether it's authentic or not, the left boot would probably work better. I can send the ring with that one too.
Edit: Bigblock72 beat me to it, although the left boot is what came off my transfer case and it slightly different than the standard 465 boot. I don't want you losing any vintage competitions because I sent the wrong boot.
