465 trans and swap parts

I have a sm465 trans out of a '80 k10 and everything needed to swap it into a truck that was originally an automatic. The steering column,clutch petals,clutch linkage,bellhousing,good clutch and flywheel and the center part of the floor with the hole for the shifter.
400.00 for everything,would be willing to drive 100 miles for the cost of fuel.
