4H only vibration NP208

My k5 has started to get a vibration under acceleration / load around 30 mph and then 45 to 60 mph in 4H. Coasting through those speeds it's smooth. 2H is fine. Front driveshaft was rebuilt 7 years ago with all new u joints and slip yoke. U joints n slip yoke seem ok. Dropped it off at a driveshaft place to test it. Greasing all the zerks didn't help.

Any other ideas? How much play should the transfer case front output yoke have? Axle pinon yoke seems good.

With new u joints, stub shaft, cva kit and balanced shaft runs great now.

Was about to say, it’s something that rotates obviously so it has to be one or more of those components. Could’ve also been the output shaft bearing on the tcase. Glad you got it all worked out!

I can guarantee it was the cv joint.

What is the spec for end play on the front output flange for np208?
