4inch lift, and the usual problems.........

I cant find any mechanics around here to tilt the rear-end. I guess i'll have to use the spacers. I dont know anything really about them, do they normally fix the problem well? Do you have to keep going back and checking them, stuff like that. I guess, are they worth putting in? /forums/images/icons/confused.gif

Do I need a longer driveshaft? I already know that i need to tilt the rear-end up some

[/ QUOTE ] you know the answer jeremy, so go get it /forums/images/icons/laugh.gif . have more faith in your ability i can see you are correct, and tell us how it works out. do you have lift springs in the rear? if so, you need angled shims and if not, qand you have blocks, are they in right direction? ( seen it 6 times) and if all thats ok, maybe angle blocks more by grinding. and yes, lengthen that shaft, and drop the case like an inch, if you are tbi, you could go like 2 inches without carb poopin more. id suggest a c.v. driveshaft. my site will soon have a full story on c.v. poormans changover i have put together. /forums/images/icons/wink.gif /forums/images/icons/laugh.gif
