I have a brace rod that goes from the 205 to the bellhousing of a 350 turbo. I assume they would be the same.

I am thinking the shifter and rod will be different since the 4l80e will be longer than the other trannys. Truck currently has a 400/205, guess I will just have to try and make them work.
just a little bending to tweek the shifter. then cut and weld in a section to the brace rod.
