I have a 91 3/4 ton burb with 350fi ,4l80e, 241tc, 3:73 gears with 32" tires. I am changing to 1 tons with 4:56's and probably 37" tires. What are you guys reccomendations on how to calibrate the electronic speedo for the new gear and tire? Mine picks up the signal from the 241 transfer case. :dunno:

the rpm diffrence is only 201 rpm from the 32 -37 and 3.73 - 4.56

this is off randys website calculator.

i would run it and see how it does and how far off it will be .

The only issue is that I am going to put the axles in and maybe ride for a month or so before the new lift and tires goes on. So, it will be 32's going from 3:73's to 4:56's. Thanks for the info on when I do swap the tires though.

you will waste money then. 2 sets of ubolts. 1 per job.

you are not supose to reuse them.

trust me i know first hand. not even 1 week old. and almost lost front axle.

just a fyi for ya to think about.
