4l80e question

Stupid question but I'm looking at buying a 91 model 3500 crewcab dually.454 fuel injection auto transmission 205 TC. Would the Trans be a 4l80E or 4l60E from the factory? I'm asking because the owner doesn't know. Thanks in advance--Eric

4L80E First year of production for it .

I concur. Should be the 4L80E. 4L60E's were in 1/2 tons and possibly LD 3/4 ton's. I know that 3/4 ton burbs from 91 were offered with the 4l80E.

Sent the deposit a few minutes ago.Hopefully i will be able to go pick it up next week when we get back from Disney world. Any body want me to bring them a Mickey Mouse hat?--Eric

P.S. It has 6 inch lift springs in front 8 inch in back to keep that dually stance. 35 inch tires with a 2 inch spacer between the duals.
