Has anyone swapped one of these into their trucks? I know you can get the tranny w/ computer from jet and a few others.
With the new motor I'm implanting, I don't think the 700R4 will last to long.
Even a link to an article would be great. I can't find the one I had read previously.

They can supply a 4L80e or a built 700R4 that will handle a lot...

I got my tranny from the local junk yard. Came out of a 95 K3500 with the 6.5. As for the harness and computer I went with the TCI setup. Worth every penny if you ask me.
