4wd pitman arm options

Ball joints etc seem good it could be the 38.5" boggers that are cupping like a sob. Caster + would move the pinion down?
 
Yeah you gotta compromise between caster and pinion angle. Unless you cut your inner Cs loose and rotate them. I'm betting you drive less with the hubs locked than normally so it can live with a kinda crappy u-joint angle and be ok. That's how mine is.
 
turning the inner C's seem more involved then say turning the whole tube in the diff housing. Or am I missing something, other tan a shim for diff housing perch housing.
 
Well this is now a ZERO priority point for him . . .

But turn tube or knuckle same results. Going over 8" lift = lots of smart work for the front end .
