I have a 78 k10 blazer and the 4w high works but the 4w lo will not work. Does anyone know what could be wrong?

check ur linkage, might be corroded
It may have been converted to part time.

many reasons...
To get better gas mileage by reducing drag,and to save wear on all the axles,bearings,u-joints,and front end gears spinning all summer long during freeway driving for nothing..makes steering easier too..basically it makes it more like a NP205 case..2wd is just turning the rear shaft only,not both..
