That sounds like a shipping problem. UPS really likes to lose parts of your order. Happened to me before. I guess I'm the only guy that hasn't had a problem with 4 wheel parts?

EDIT: Never had a problem with online order OR store.

I haven't either, but I use the store not mail order.
