Most are wastes of good musclecars . I also don't really get the point , they are really only useful for stadiums and car crushing . Too much front and rear overhang for trailwork . Too many places for mud to stick to mudding . And you need to get it up high enough to clear tires due to wheelwhells meant for 26-28 inch tall tires :laugh:
 
IMHO the only good "car" to use is an El Camino. Its still "like" a truck.
 
ok ill admit, i liked the BMW, the Jag, and most of all, the little yellow honda, third to last row, farthest to the left. thats pretty bad ass if you ask me :)
 
There's a guy up here with a Spitfire body on a Samurai frame. Really well done...



...but I still hate trars. Nothing says, "the truck's body rotted off and I had the Camaro on blocks in the yard since I blew the engine in '83", quite like a trar.
 
that white Aerostar van has been an entrant in the TTC for the past few years and nobody has picked it lol
 
One of the 4X4 rags had an Opel Manta GT sitting on a Sammy frame awhile back. Didn't show any details but looked kinda neat. I wouldn't own one but, to each his/her own.

(was that politically correct as to not offend any one?) HA HA HA
 
I love the one my father built wish I hadn't sold it :mad:

I think its in the midwest somewhere if anybody happens to see it I will pay a finders fee I want it back

Heh yeah the (little yellow Honda)Honda 600 is tight. My buddy's dad just picked one up to build a racecar out of. Mini Cooper's got nothing on the Honda 600.
 
Waste of what is usually a good muscle car. The '68 red mustang ought to be somewhat familisr to you. A girl I dated when I lived in Memphis had that at her house. Her dad & brother built it. Her brother went to Bartlett and she went to a private school close by. That was many moons ago, I moved from there in '89.:D
 
Just to clear things up the sugga is NOT a "trar" its a factory military sedan 4x4.

I always wanted to build a CRX on a sami frame and call it "Atomic Stinkbug"
 
I've always wanted to take a 2dr AMC Eagle and have some fun with it... good looking cars with a nice stance already.

I was given a pretty nice baby blue AMC eagle once that didnt run. I'm pretty sure it was a 258 inline six. But I do remember the front axle was somehow tied into the oil pan or engine that made me decide to not put any time or money into it. But they Are kinda cool I had a "stomper" toy that looked just like the actual car I had, when I was a kid. I remembered that toy when I was given that car.
 
HAve to admit, always thought the Eagle was kinda cool !! Can you say "First real production SUV"
