4X4 clubs in N.C.?

do any of you guys know of any clubs in the eastern north carolina area? there is one in charolette-C.O.R.E (carolina off road extremists) but it seems to be a mostly "heep" club.. dont get me wrong, i am not intimidated, but i would rather ride with some of my brothers and sisters..i was a member of KC4WD club in kansas city, but they were a mostly "heep" club and i really felt like i was singled out...thanks
