In the LMC trucks books for Blazers it says that the fifth character is C means it is two wheel drive. But that is for Blazers. Someone here can help ya no doubt. I only have the book for Blazers.

I'm thinking that the OP wants to know if it's got a D60 'cuz it's cheap.

Note that C&C's are often dually, so that'd be another problem to contend with. (Though the C&C *rears* are narrower ... go read the Billavista bible, don't get me started...)
