damn that sucks man.if anything you are only out a few bucks in atf if it done work.in 4 low it should lock the axles together iirc.hopefully you can get it to work with new fluid in it.in 2 wheel drive the clutch shouldnt be engaging to wear it out.was there any fluid at all or bone dry?if it was dry for those 200 miles you drove,the case may be no good to use to rebuild if the bearings and that heated up too much and warped the case.how hard would it be to convert it to the manual shift transfer case?robly be easier and cheaper to find.
