4x4 jamboree in Canfield, OH.. Who\'s Going?

Just looking to see if anyone here is going. I will be there in the new blue beast...

The show is on the 27th and 28th of July in Canfield, OH.. It is a truck show with monster trucks, tough trucks, rock crawl(for competition and play) and more..

Who is going???

I`m going for sure, I`m taking my Purple K5, it`s kinda hard to miss. I`m going solo this year, can we meet somewhere? I plan on spending the whole weekend out there!

Sure, i'll be coming in from 11 south(Hermitage area)

I plan on getting there super early to get a good spot and sign up for the crawl early..

Which way will you be coming in from?

I`ll be coming from Akron, Oh, since 224 is under contruction (between Akron & Canfield), I`ll be on 76. What do you consider early? Saturday? Do you know if people show up Friday?

I would like to get there around 8:30am.. If thats cool with you we could meet up where you get on 11 south from 76 or we can meet at the BP right there when you get off of 11 and is on the road into the Jambo...

That sounds cool, but do you think 8:30 is EARLY enough, I know it is hard to find SHADE at Canfield!

I can go earlier. I meant to be at Canfield at 8:30.. The gates dont open until 9am... I know what you mean about shade at Canfield! I usually take the rain fly to my tent that doubles as a canopy(about a 12ft x 9 ft)...

Maybe we should meet at the BP at 8:00, giving us plenty of time to get to the fair-grounds. Did you pre-register? I didn`t, I planned on registering that day! But, I can if it would make it easier.

If you pre-register it is $45.00, and if you register there it is $60! If you register there, you wil lhave to wait in long lines! But 8am sounds good!

what size airport are you looking for, i see you're from WA so i assume a large one....
there are two intl. airports close, akron ohio is the closest, pittsburgh is almost as close, but theres at least 2 choices to go from...akron is like 37 miles away, and pittsburgh is about 47...
good luck, i went to the canfield jamboree 2 years ago and had a blast..
