It helps if you've played other role playing games before. It's pretty much all text. Goals are to make money, build up the rig, get trail experience. A big key to the game is getting a job (look under 'explore') and then building up your stats so you can get promoted and make more cash and stuff.

As you progress up through the levels you gain access to better stores for items that will help you like bigger engines for your truck.

Just keep clicking stuff and reading and it'll make more sense.

One tip, never leave cash on hand...stick it in the bank or someone will 'tow' your rig and steal the cash on hand.

anyone figure out how to call the repo man on people ? or charge them for a tow. cause i got someone that needs some payback for like 20 repo calls on me

Keep your cash on hand at $0 and towing you becomes tiresome and not worth it. I had some guy tow me a few times too. No idea how to repo someone though...

I was told that after a race challenge you have to rat them out. i havent been able to do it yet tho.

OK, I won my first trail challenge. When you win you have a few choices what to do with them. The first is to leave them...gains you expereience.

Second is to tow them...no exp but make some cash.

Third is to call the repo man on them.

Fourth is to laugh at em...

Makes more sense now.
